Pricing
1 million processed words per month
A processed word is one source word translated into one target language. For example, translating 200,000 source words into five languages uses one million processed words.
Managed localization support
Your account includes up to three hours of localization and engineering consultation each month. Operational support is included; additional project work is quoted separately.
One-year agreement required. Your language-model usage is billed directly by your LLM provider. Human translation is available separately.

Which LLM providers can I use?
You can connect your OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini account and choose the default preferences that fit your team.
Do we need to change our Contentful workflow?
No. We can monitor the tags, taxonomy, or views your team already uses and automatically translate changed content. You can also send one-off requests through our shared Slack channel.
What access level is needed for Contentful?
We need to read your source content, and write translated content. This means we require Editor access in order to update your entries with the latest translation.
Do you auto-publish translations?
No, our system will never auto-publish your translated content. It will show up as a 'Changed' status within Contentful, and we recommend your team review and publish.
Can we trust LLM translation?
It depends on the model you choose, the context, and which languages you're translating into. We always recommend human translation for any important content (we can help with that).
